Hi

it is great that the event date has been set early. One problem which
I have had in attending such meetings is that I am really not rich and
it is not always possible to pay for my own flight, etc. This time
maybe the organisers can issue invitation letters, then me and
possibly others could seek funding to get there.

for those who dont know me: I have written abook on free networks
(in German) in 2003 which you findn here among other places

http://theoriebild.ung.at/view/Main/FreieNetze

and I continue to write texts about respective issues. some english
texts can be found here:

http://theoriebild.ung.at/view

In order to justify attendance of declared non-Geeks such as me I
suggest that we should have also a sort of meta-reflective track
which could be about issues such as picopeering agreement,
community, net-neutrality, spectrum, inter-national inter-organisation
(networking of networks) etc.

best
Armin
