Hi Gil,
Happy you can come to Berlin for the Wizards of OS 4.
There probably is a mail list for wos but they got so much to organize
on that list and lots in German. So I suggest staying on this mail
list for WSFII related topics during wos and using the WSFII wiki:
http://www.okfn.org/wsfii/wiki/WizardsOfOs
for announcements.
