The best answer would probably be that it is somehow still in its infancy - it 
is my impression that nothing has been dicided for sure, or specific plans made :)
Though I'm sure something will happen - perhaps you could asist the young man in 
getting in touch with us (at DIIRWB) then we could help out with connecting to 
the contacts we have in the area ?
