  you may consider hiring a Tavera accommodates 9 passengers.

 On my last trip to Delhi I got to know this taxi driver Baljit a
Dharamshala resident , so knows the route & all eager to give a good deal
for his home town . call him on 09868389691. Hope this helps

I will be reaching Delhi on 22nd afternoon . anyone on the list heading for
Dharamshala at the same time ?
