you're right maybe event org stuff for dharamsala should be on
wsfii-coord - but not everyone is subbed to that so I guess some will
end up here.

but please be patient if there are travel related messages on this
list over the next week or so - there are people all over the place
trying to get to dharamsala with varying degrees of success - it's a
trickey journey.

I'm sure Bjarke who has just been sent out of india to paris on a visa
technicality is not going to be thinking about whether he is ontopic
for the list right now :)
