If you mean is it using something like BitTorrent for exchange? No, not yet.
But we're looking at how to evolve the exchange protocol for
((Echo))MyPlace.

So you/((Echo))MyPlace is using at least a free/public protocol to share 
the information? Sorry, doesn't look like this, but not much information 
available. And from my point of view it's not (only) a problem on what 
system it's currently running at. Although this will exclude some 
'neighbors' by now, including me.
