Hi Marco,

Congratulation for the effort and motivation  of all the persons involved in
this event!!!!

All your observation are terribly relevant not only for Ghana but for quite
all the part of Africa where I have been.

If the government/private investor are not willing or unable to create an IT
backbone we should see how pragmatically we could intervene for each country
.

But the big problem is funding even with the best plan you need at least
some money.
It could be the right time of thinking of economical activities which could
help (even partially) to fund some different projects and assure a relative
independence and lasting footprint .
