[wsfii-discuss] Do your country's Telco Regs help or hinder community networks?

Hi Patrice,

  I love the idea of having a community WiFi where many local internet access points are connected within a radius of 10 Km. I received some two WIFI access points but the password for connection is changed. I need an expert to help with information to configure them. The local wifi will have several computers talking to one ecah other.
