don't give up! or be in a bad mood for too long ... ;-)

from gutenberg to radio & tv, broadcast media has been highly regulated
and licenced throughout its history. given the global economic situation
right now, i do believe that 'capital growth' will continue to have no
relationship to grass roots issues. 200 years? try 2000 - pkd was right
when he wrote about the 'black iron prison'.

if free ism band transmission is illegal in a country or region then the
results of cooperation, democratisation and the like will clash (and
probably fall) against the state.

in this envorinment, there is still AX.25 and other HF radio
alterantives - which is legal and nice.

i guess all i'm saying is (to quote firefly/serenity is) you can't stop
the message. even if one form brings heat!
