Hi all, hi Ramon, hi people and friends at guifi.net,

This is mainly what happenend after we had met at the wonderful WSFII at guifi.net [1] in Spain at SAX2007:

We got to know Mike Burmeister-Brown (US) in Paris in Dec. 2007 at the initial OHI [2] meeting (thx Marek!). He and his team took a lot of inspiration from our specs [3] and have managed to build and sell FOSS preflashed routers with openWRT zero conf batman meshing, etc. 

The new gerenration is already quite close to what we wanted! Thanks again for all your input!
