[Yourtopia] Open Economics Monthly Meeting and Yourtopia 2 Team Meeting - April 11, 2012

In preparation for tonight meeting, I've quickly (sorry if there are
mistakes!) translated the guidelines for applying to the apps4italy contest.
they are more targeted to business projects, but we have to adapt the
structure to our contents eitherway - and most importantly, come up with
good reasons for asking money.
