[Yourtopia] Yourtopia Series Metadata in Data Hub

My internet is currently so bad I can't do this. I will try to do this
later or you could have a go (much better :-).

Just grab and install this python lib:

https://github.com/okfn/datastore-client

Then run the data.py script from:

http://github.com/rgrp/dp-yourtopia-italy
