[Yourtopia] Apps4Italy updates

Dear Friends,

Apps4Italy received 200 submissions, and 70 in our category. Finalists
should be announced by tomorrow - so let's cross our fingers!
The award cerimony will be sat 19th during the public administration
festival Forum PA
