[Yourtopia] Another possible venue for Yourtopia Italy

Dear All, 

I would like to suggest another possible venue for yourtopia Italy, although
the website is only in Italian and still provisional you may have a look at:

“Il festival della felicità” (The festival of happiness) it is a festival
launched last year by the Province of Pesaro and Urbino (where I reside)
together with Istat. It started from the idea that GDP is not a proxy for
wellbeing, as there are territories in Italy where wellbeing is very high
but GDP is lower than in other regions. It is one of the most important
Italian fora where the “beyond GDP thematic” is discussed.  For this reason,
I think it perfectly matches the aim of Yourtopia Italy.

The festival is in between politics and academia. Contributors to the next
edition spans from Corrado Passera (current Italian minister of economic
development), to John Dalli (European Commissioner for Health and Consumer
Policy), to Prof. Jean Paul Fitoussi. 

Submitting a proposal is time-sensitive, as the festival will start at the
end of may. Nevertheless, there is not yet a fixed programme and, as it is
not an academic event, there is some chance that we may still sneak in. I
would be more than happy to submit a proposal with the help of Rosamaria.
I’d like to take care of it not because I want any credit for Yourtopia, but
because the fact that I come from the very same province may be an
additional asset in this case.
