Looking at http://en.openei.org/datasets/ I do concur that this should be on datacatalogs.org. If I can get a second positive opinion from another datacatalogs.org curator then I'll add it. Anyone?

I'm pretty sure that distinction goes to Linked Open Numbers… :-)
