[open-data-manual] problem for Mac user on wiki page

Not directly relevant but may be useful:

I managed to successfully push an earlier version of the manual to
github's wiki system:

<https://github.com/okfn/opendatamanual/wiki/_pages>

This may work as a simple way for people to edit individual pages in a
quick and dirty way.

Obvious problem is pages are in no specific order and don't fit with
git's wiki setup particularly well (and if we actually started pulling
changes we'd get some pollution in core repo from having files like
_home).
