[annotator-dev] Enabling the annotator-store to be accessed on the local network

Hi All,

I'd like to enable testing of our custom annotator on our local
network, with my computer acting as the server containing the webpage
with the annotator and the store. Now, the webpage with the annotator
is running and can be accessed by others, the annotator-store runs on
127.0.0.1:5000 (the default setting), that is not visible by others. I
can't find the documentation about the setting up of this. Any help
will be greatly appreciated.
