[annotator-dev] Fwd: A small issue with annotator that could have big impact

Hi Randall,

I've applied the fix and tested it, it works great.

Unfortunately the fix doesn't work with Annotator Touch plugin, I guess it
might have something to do with the plugin itself, but have no idea how to
fix it.

Can anyone shed some light on it?
