[annotator-dev] I18N, L10N, Translation

I've just received another translation for Annotator's L10N system,
and figured it was time to make life a little easier for our
translators.

So, Annotator now has a project on Transifex. If you fancy
contributing a translation, you can sign up at

  https://www.transifex.net/plans/signup/free/

Once you're signed up, you can go to

  https://www.transifex.net/projects/p/annotator/

and either add yourself to an existing translation team, or create a
brand new translation.
