[annotator-dev] Annotator Store CouchApp

Thought I'd pass this along.

Volker Mische works at Couchbase. He was the original creator of the
GeoCouch geospatial extension for CouchDB. Yesterday he whipped up a
CouchApp for storing annotations. For those unfamiliar, a CouchApp is a
mostly client-side application whose documents (HTML, JS, CSS) are serve as
documents from CouchDB, blurring the line between data and code and
providing a full application stack in a single service.
