[annotator-dev] [ANN] Annotator v1.2.6 released

Hi all,

This morning I released Annotator v1.2.6. Nothing to get too excited about,
just a few bugfixes and one performance tweak:

- the Store plugin now works with `prefix` set to the empty string (i.e.
with no common prefix before endpoint URLs)
- Annotator no longer breaks for unprivileged users when in "readOnly" mode
- performance enhancements: Annotator should now perform better on pages
with large numbers of annotations
