[annotator-dev] How can I load a plugin in bookmarklet?

Hi all,

If I have the javascript of a plugin (i.e. one of the examples of how to 
write a plugin), how can I load it in the bookmarklet?
I have modified the bootstrap.js to also load the javascript of the 
plugin, and modified the setup function to load the plugin, but firefox 
returns an error:

Could not load Message plugin. Have you included the appropriate 
<script> tag?
