[annotator-dev] Annotator store delete fails every other time

Investigate further if you can, looking at headers in the browser and at
the server. If you can figure out whether it's your server or annotator
that would be helpful.

The 505 is strange.

I wonder if it's a keep alive issue? What "Connection" headers get sent and
received? What HTTP version is indicated? Any proxy or web server in front
of your store API?

I'm wondering if the second is a keep alive request and it's only at this
second request that some component decides that it won't support HTTP 1.1.

That would explain it happening on every other request: the first works,
the second fails because it reused the same connection, and the error
resets the connection so that a third works again.
