[annotator-dev] annotationData missing in new Store plugin?

Hi,

I am in the process of updating my digilib-Annotator code to the new
Annotator code base.

While building and configuring the new code I found that besides small
things (like loadFromSearch in Store changed to loadQuery in Annotator)
the implementation of the additional annotationData seems to be missing
in the new Store plugin.

Is this intentional? Is there a new way to add data to the annotations
that are sent to the server?

I quickly patched annotationData back in (see store.coffee of
<https://github.com/robcast/annotator/commit/45bd3bc57161da6b2d2531d1f556e60a55e1b1ec>)
but I wasn't sure what the "new way" is supposed to be.
