[annotator-dev] Annotator.js modified

Hello, I have a big problem, I have put a combobox in Annotator but I don't
know how to retrieve my value send by the combobox.

I give you the source code of my file in attachement.

I think the problem is between lines 481and 493in the functions load and
submit..

More over, I have modified the lines:
- 293 at 322
- 493 at 522
