[annotator-dev] AnnotatorJS, Annotator.js, Annotator.... ?

Now that we're utilizing annotatorjs.org how should we be spelling the
project name when we refer to it in documentation or other writing?

Annotator.js? AnnotatorJS? Just Annotator?

This shed is small. Pick a color. It's nice to be consistent.
