[annotator-dev] Hide annotator and reload annotations

Of course Randall, I'd really like to use a "pure" annotator which fits my
needs without hacking it.

My project started with the annotator modified by Albert Juhé for the
University of Catalonia. The code was already shared in this list (
https://mail.google.com/mail/u/0/?ui=2&view=btop&ver=1pxvtfa3uo81z#attid%253Datt_142c22b2dd84e2cb_0.3
)
and similar solutions are shared on the thread started by me some months
ago, it's called "colored notes".

I am a newbie of annotator so I appreciated having one non minified js with
everything inside, since I'm not fluent in coffeescript and I'm not able to
build the source of annotator by myself. I had to change again the code
from which I started and now I am more confident on what's happening inside
annotator.

Me and my company are very interested on integrating annotator in our web
application and I could spend some time contributing, also in
documentation, please let me know how can I help you.
