[annotator-dev] Hide annotator and reload annotations

Thanks. The reminder is helpful.

Don't mistake my request for crankiness. It's just hard to track everything
and so I ask for reminders when it comes up in conversation. Github issues,
if none already fit your needs, are the best way to ensure ideas don't get
lost.
