[annotator-dev] Annotator download links update

Hi,

as I am working on a Joomla plugin to easily insert annotator.js in 
Joomla articles or modules, I've found on annotatorjs.org that the link 
"download the Annotator library" is leading to 
https://github.com/okfn/annotator/downloads/ but the "downloads" section 
is now deprecated on github.

I think it should link to https://github.com/okfn/annotator/releases 
(where 1.2.9 is available).
