[annotator-dev] mobile touch support

Hi!

I am interested in using version 2 of the annotatorjs in one of my
projects. Crucial to this would be native mobile touch support. Please let
me know how I can help or if there is a branch to collaborate somewhere. I
saw the planned timeline is a bit stretched right now, therefore I offer my
help. I have frontend development experience and wrote a library a while
ago.
