[annotator-dev] store/retrive/search in mysql+php

Hi,
     I am a PHP developer and one of my client wants to use 
annotatorjs(http://annotatorjs.org/) in his site with his own database.
     But I didn't find any good example script of using PHP with the 
annotator and even not able to understand how to use annotator with my 
database.
     Can someone help me or provide me a script to store/retrive/search 
annotate in my own mysql database.
