[annotator-dev] store/retrive/search in mysql+php

Hey Parmjeet,

Checkout this Symfony project:
https://github.com/Luperi/PageAnnotatorBundle

It uses the Doctrine ORM system to store annotations in any Doctrine
supported RDBMS (such as MySQL, etc).

Apparently, I need to add more meta-data to our plugins list. :)
