[annotator-dev] changing the position of annotator viewer/editor

Pirate Ship rocks. I know a few Annotator enthusiasts who are affiliates too. 

Cc'ing Seth Woodworth too. @sethish, can you help spread the word about an Annotator hack event at Pirate Ship on March 17th?
