[annotator-dev] Semantic UI Sidebars/Modals & AnnotatorJS Conflict

CC'ing Mitar who, I think, maybe uses Meteor?

If there a simple amount of packaging required and someone wants to step up
to maintain it, I would say we just give them push access.
