[annotator-dev] [DRAFT at 2] Apache Incubator Proposal

Hi Benjamin,

I added myself to the initial committers on the github wiki.

I would gladly commit the couple of lines that is the tokenauth-plugin

https://github.com/openannotation/annotator-tokenauth

My digilib code is also open source but its a part of a separate
codebase (mostly by me, currently LGPL). Only the digilib-annotator
plugin uses annotator code:

http://digilib.sf.net

But I am very interested in developing more reusable code for image
annotations.

Cheers
	Robert

It would be ideal, in fact, for you to join the committers list, contribute your plugins (assuming that's your plan ;) ), and help move all of this forward.
