[annotator-dev] [DRAFT at 2] Apache Incubator Proposal

You're more than welcome to add your name to the list on the GitHub wiki--ping me when you're done and I'll get your name added to the ASF-level one.
One of the core hopes here is to get more active committers and to also rally/wrangle all the various plugins into the same space, so we can grow them together. It would be ideal, in fact, for you to join the committers list, contribute your plugins (assuming that's your plan ;) ), and help move all of this forward.
In short, not having code already in annotator.js is not a blocker by any means.

Hi Benjamin and Oliver,
does it still make sense to add my name to the initial committers list?
I don't have code in annotator.js but I have a small annotator plugin and annotation-related code in digilib. Can I use the MPI for History of Science I am working for as affiliation?
Or is there another list for people that are interested in collaborating but don't have code in annotator.js?
