[bigclean] [euopendata] Idea: screen scraping sprint -> 19.3.2011

Amazing Daniel! Can you liaise directly with Antti + Jindrich on this?
I guess we need to:

  * Set up bigclean.okfn.org with theme, logo, template, etc
  * Configure thebigclean.org / bigclean.org

Then we can blog about this, and see if any other people are
interested in running similar '5 people + pizza' operations in other
locations. ;-)
