[bigclean] [euopendata] Idea: screen scraping sprint -> 19.3.2011

I made the English announcement of the Jyväskylä event here
http://bigclean.org/jyvaskyla-fi/ and edited some other texts on the site.

I have the same problem as Jindrich earlier, that the Jyväskylä-site should
appear on the cities listing.
