[ckan-committers] Private repo for security issues migrated to gitlab

Hi all,

Just a reminder  to set up GitLab accounts so I can add you to the
security issues repo, which btw has been renamed to:

https://gitlab.com/ckan/ckan-security

Would be good if you could do it before tomorrow's meeting as there
are a couple of issues to discuss
