[ckan-dev] Implementing UI changes to CKAN

Can someone suggest how best I should implement this:

Specifically:

- Where /which branch should I pull from?

- Should I create a new branch for this work?

- Should I create a ticket for each change/page?

Any mercurial commands welome (I'm still not that clued up in that department).
