[ckan-dev] Changing the main repo to bitbucket

In case it saves someone five minutes of looking for the answer, the
upshot of Rufus' change is to edit your ckan/.hg/hgrc file and change
the second line to something like this:
default = https://dread@bitbucket.org/okfn/ckan
