[ckan-dev] CKAN 1.2i release

We're keen to get CKAN 1.2 released, and the original plan was to
release 1.2h, but a good number of fixes have gone in, interspersed
with some superb features. So I've made the decision to take today's
default (trunk) and release it as 1.2i onto metastable. With ckan.net
and dev-hmg on this version all week, hopefully with no issues this
can be released as 1.2 and go to stable branch.
