Issues with disqus plugin on ckan.net?

If you look at latest comment (see below), link seems to be wrong (to
non-existent url and uses package id rather than package name ...)

The use of parliamentary transcripts in Ireland is covered by the
Copyright Acts.

The material is under Oireachtas Copyright, but if you are using this
data to make 'a fair and accurate report' on the proceedings of
parliament, you are explicitly exempted from copyright concerns by the
Copyright Acts.  Other uses carry no such protection and caution is
advised.
