Hi,
I pushed the latest changes on authorization with all tests passing
except for this one:

ckan.tests.functional.test_package.TestEdit.test_edit_700_groups_unauthorized

There is a prior comment on the code that states that the assertion
does indeed fail:

Can I ask the comment's author his thoughts about this?
