This was a rather difficult and hectic bit of work, so lots things
were tried and changed. He commented out the assert
(cset:a1751e7f9e0c) and then enabled it again (cset:e5a35e329117), I
assume when he got something fixed and he worked out what it was for,
which is: checking that if you don't have permissions to put a package
in a particular group then it won't advertise this on the package edit
form.
I get the impression it was working well before and after the time
that Seb did the upgrade to SQLAlchemy 5/6, and I'm not sure
_get_user_editable_groups logic was used for David Raznick's new form
system. Perhaps he can say more about this.
