Right, <knowledgeforge.net/okfn/tasks> has *nothing* to do with CKAN
other than the fact it is our central sysadmin trac ...

This should be http://ckan.org/ (at least for dev side). The issue, if
it is not apparent :), is that CKAN project has two distinct but
related components:

1. The CKAN software (http://ckan.org/)
2. The CKAN 'network' based around http://ckan.net/ but with a whole
set of other community instances

This new wiki is aimed at second group. This is also why this isn't
really a discussion for the dev list :)

It will be http://wiki.ckan.net/

At some point we may integrate this more 'into' a CKAN instance (as
Olav wanted) but that's obviously non-trivial so the simplest right
now is a separate system. The feedback we got was that pointing people
to http://wiki.okfn.org/ckan/ was confusing and having a separate
dedicated location was better. And that's what happened.
