OK.  So the following needs doing:

* add "deprecated" notice to template for wiki at http://wiki.okfn.org/ckan
* migrate content from there to http://wiki.ckan.net...?

Or is the old content out of date and someone is going to do it all
again?  Shall I do these things or is someone else on the case?
