[ckan-dev] Sort out sibling relationship display (663, 664, 557)

Hello

I have fixed a bug that seems to have covered 3 tickets.
https://bitbucket.org/kindly/ckan/changeset/76a77439ecd0.  Its in branch
bug_663_duplicate_siblings_shown.

The issue was, that if a package shared a parent twice, the sibling would be
shown twice.

In the tests I added Marge as being Barts and Lisa parent as well (as Homor
of course), which highlights this error.
