[ckan-dev] testers wanted: google storage "bounce" support

Before making any announcement and updating the main ckan,
would like it if some people could try this out and see
how it works for them.

Need to make sure to have the most recent version of ofs
and ckanclient and to use a configuration file for datapkg
that looks like this:

    [upload:bounce]

    ofs.backend = s3bounce
    api_base = http://test.ckan.net/api/

Should then be able to run a command like,

    datapkg -c config.ini upload /some/file bounce://ckantest/somename

and there will be some json printed on the console that will
tell you where it has been uploaded to, in terms of a URL
that can be used for downloading it. Try to fetch it and
make sure the result is as expected.

Would be nice to have some big files uploaded as well.
