[ckan-dev] Bug with multiple resource uploading

Hello,

Sorry about this.

The issue is due to an old version of the javascript being served coupled
with some flaky validation of input.  The add more resource button is
generating faulty html.

I am looking into a way to reset the static cache to stop this.
